Waimea is a New Zealand hop that can be used in all stages of the brewing process. This dual-purpose hop sports lots of pine and citrus character, and bears notes of tangerine.

Alpha Acid: 14.5-19%

Beta Acid: 7-9%

Profile: Pine, Citrus, Sweet Tangerine,
